I learned about what a Life Coach is and does from another blogger. I did a little searching and eventually connected with MyHappyCoach and started a dialogue that turned into a 4 week Journey that opened me up to many incridible experiences that will stay with me forever or at least as long as I remain healthy. Her name is Naomi and I clicked with her right away. I began learning from her and her wisdom right away. She taught me about writing to myself. She walked me through setting up my own blog. She gave me 'homework' so we could We laughed so much and entered into wonderful dissusions. We something came up in my mind she allowed me to move off the 'track' but always managed to bring me back to focus on what I stated I had wanted to deal with in each individual session. She never rushed me or pushed me. She constantly made me feel the progress I was making was actually really imprinting on me. I know I'm sounding a little mushy about all this but I have experience so much on this journey of love for myself that I truely am a little mushy. She gave me several different links that has me excited to get into more deeply.
I made a friend out of this experience that I cherish. I've learned so much from the experience that I will continue learning and discovering. I guess what I'm trying to say is that this Life Coach has given me the confidence and desires to mesh my two selves, inner self & public self, into a single happy healthy being. The person I want to become! She also made it so clear to me that I can send her reports on my progress and that she is there if ever I need help with something. Thankyou Naomi.
