Got up early this morning so had plenty of time to meditate before my CSL service. I tried a new meditation and it was really refreshing for me. So by the time the service began I was very much waiting for it to begin. Jonathan, the spiritual leader talk about letting the past go and living in the moment to enjoy all that the Universe is offering us to see and feel. I liked his talk very much and was also very much inspired by it. Another wonderful experience was a song that he sang at the end that was beautiful. He has a really nice singing voice and takes one along with him. He is off to California for the next 3 weeks so there is a number of people standing in for him while he's away. I'm looking forward to hearing those services a lot. After the service I headed to the store to get some things I need to take care of my bad feet and toes which I've been struggling with for a very long time and upon return promptly took care of business. My friend in RI has posted some great pictures so Iresponded to them and actually chat via FB briefly to catch up on other things. I'm so blessed and grateful that she's taken some time to chat as almost every minute of her vacation is so busy but she's having a great time with Family and friends alike. So just taking it easy here at home reading and watching the proverbial Boob Tube. Absolutely beautiful day her with beautiful fluffy clouds that I like to look at and see the image created by their formations. As a kid I'd spend hours on the grass just looking and daydreaming. A wonderful pass time and very relaxing for me. I use to also love doing it with my kids when they were little, Very wonderful memories fill my head whenever I think back on those long ago sweet summer days before I got sick.
My legs are not great today, can't relax them so really hoping they feel better before bed tonight or I just know I'll have problems sleeping. It's been quit some time since I've had this feeling with my legs so am not worried, Yet. Sounds as though my friends son is really having a great time in RI. They all are having so much fun and it's only day 2. I've had brief chats with his mom today and always enjoy them. Other than that not too much else happening tonight here for me but that's OK. I'm having a nice quiet day and have so enjoyed the sun and warm weather. I even took a little time to really look at the fluffy white clouds and used my imagination to see people and animals. This was a favourite pastime for me when I was a kid and when my kids were little. Lots of memories in that pastime for sure..... I was so grateful for the CSL service today and listening to Jonathons most beautiful singing voice. I am also so grateful for my friend finding a few minutes here and there to tell me all about her day..... I look forward to tomorrow to see what the Universe has in store for me then......
