After such a hard and painful night before last night I managed 0 sleep. Took my pills before bed but my legs were so painfully sore and restless I could not relax them at all. So now I will end up sleeping on and off all friggin day only to ruin a good nights sleep tonight. What a viscous circle this is. Hopefully I will be awake for when my Sunday morning CSL service is streamed at 11am less than 5 hrs away from right now.Missed csl again. fell asleep and now I don't feel very healthy with chills and an upset tummy.
A horrible day and evening last night. Finally took pills and literally crawled to be. No food, no insulin nothing but my pills. Didn't even have the where with all to take my glasses off. I immediately fell into a dead like sleep
