March 17/13 -St. Patricks Day

Wow here we are celebrating another traditional time. In my youthful days this day was cause for massive partying at an Irish Pub we use to go to alot. Lots of green beer and laughing and singing with an Irish band till things closed down for the night. Lots of dancing and stomping up on the table tops. The Pub was always packed solid of partiers both young and old. Total strangers becoming best friends as the evenings wore on. Alot of people playing spoons and juice harps along with the wonderful music. And the spilling of beer from mugs being swung to high only to be filled from the Jugs of beer on the tables. Of course the better and more fun had on nights like these the worse we'd suffer the next morning. We thought nothing of driving home after this because it was back in the days when one just did. One never worried about getting stopped by the police or if one did not much would happen. I, thank God, never got stopped but also but didn't drive usually. Although I did drive very drunk alot and am very very lucky that I never hurt anyone else as I so easily could have. Well, many years later and here I am living alone far away from my original home and I no longer drink or smoke cigarettes or other things that I once did either. Although sick with chronic illnesses I'm so much healthier than I've ever been and am blessed that this is now my norm. Today I'm happy and waiting to skype with a wonderful friend later this afternoon or early evening. It's still quite cold outside but very sunny and georgous. Spring is only a few days away and boy oh boy I'm feeling it coming in my bones. My freedom to ride my scooter anywhere is coming and nothing, absolutely nothing will stop my feelings of happiness to fade away for too long at a time. Enjoy yourself deana, enjoy the lezbofest you and your friend are fantasizing so much over ... So much to look forward to deana. Dream on my friend .... You deserve it ....
