Aug.22/13 A really productive day

there's a lot I want to record as it was a very good and interesting day today. Also I want to summarize for mayself last nights discussions with Kris. Started of rough and angry but ended with revelations and truths from both of us. I am just too bloody tired to write coherently right now so I'm promising myself I will log it all tomorrow. I don't want to forget the last 26 hrs because they are very significant to my growth right now.....I also have a lot of gratitudes to record because there were  many yesterday and more tonight....until tomorrow then ......
